What you need
Step 1
Flip Cover
- Open the flip cover so that the tab on the back is easy to access.
- Place the Visor Edge face down.
- Identify the tab connecting the flip cover to the PDA located at the top of the backside.
- Gently push the tab forward.
- Do not pull on the flip cover in an attempt to remove it from the PDA.

Back Panel
- Remove the six 4.1 mm Phillips screws from the back plate using the #00 Phillips Scewdriver.

- Remove the gray back plate from the PDA.

- Remove the four 2.6 mm Philips screws that are on the sides of the frame.
- Remove the 3.9 mm Philips screw holding the stylus holster to the frame.

- Remove the four 2.6 mm Philips screws on the top and bottom of the frame.

- Remove the white frame from the back of the PDA.
- The frame may get stuck on the corners so be very gentle when working the corners off.

Speaker
- Pull off front cover gently.

- Remove buttons by hand, they should come off easily.

- Pull off button board that was underneath buttons.

- Use tweezers to pull speaker off.
- Pull speaker off by wire, pull down away from screen.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
