When attempting to run Close Combat, the game freezes

These symptoms often indicate the video settings are set too high. If you’re running Windows 98 or Windows 95, follow the steps below.

  • Open the Control Panel
  • Double-click the Multimedia icon. In Multimedia, click the Video tab.
  • In the Video tab make sure that Windows is selected and that the size is original.
