  • Use an ESD-safe pry tool to gently pry open the case from the metal hinge that connects the white part of the top and bottom of the case together.
  • This should come apart with just your hands and the tool. Any extra force may damage the product.

Step 2

  • Using the pry tool, go from the back of the case where the hinge used to be and pry up to pop out the charging housing.
