              Rear Case               
  • Remove the two 3mm screws using a PH00 screwdriver.

  • Use the blue plastic opening tool to gently pry the back case off.

              Battery               
  • Disconnect the wires that connect the battery to the motherboard using the spudger.

Step 4

  • Slide the spudger underneath the battery and gently lift it off of the adhesive.

  • Place the new battery in the same location and connect the wires the same way as the previous battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
