Introduction
The owner attempts to take to have it serviced. The technician refuses to carry out the repair, stating that the whole hoover should be replaced.
Once open, you see one of the batteries is clearly faulty or dead.
Can I change and repair it ? Where could I find the replacement parts ?
Step 1
Measure the voltage of each one
- With a multi-meter measure each of the thirteen batteries to see if there are any bad ones.
- They should show 1.2 volts. Also, measure the amperes, they should all have a similar value. Any that show a lower value should be changed.
