Suction Hose
- Turn the power off and unplug the power cord.
- Set the cleaner in the upright position.

- Dislodge hose from plastic clips for ease of removal.

- Press firmly on the hose button and slide hose out.

- Pull the hose out of the top of the vacuum.
- The hose is connected to the vacuum handle.
- The bottom of the hose should come out when the top of the hose is pulled away from the vacuum.

The bottom of the hose should come out when the top of the hose is pulled away from the vacuum.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

what might my problem be? I will start vacuuming and the noise will change to an almost “air escaping” sound and it loses suction. It will make this sound when the filter is very dirty or when the bag is full.
Currently neither of these two things are applicable but it does it almost immediately after turning on. The sound change seems to be coming from the top of the main unit near the handle.
