  • Cover the stained part of the baking sheet with a thin layer of baking soda.

  • Set a timer for 15 minutes, press start, and wait until timer goes off.

  • Take a sponge and clean the desired area.

I’ve also had good success getting stains off stainless steel following a similar process but using cream of tartar + vinegar instead of baking soda + water. Cream of tartar with vinegar forms an acidic paste instead of the alkaline paste of the baking soda. Of course, don’t mix these approaches or expect unhelpful frothiness.
