Introduction

The rollers feed paper through the device. If the rollers are too dirty, paper will get stuck during a print.

  • Perform an automated self-clean by holding down the power button.
  • While the power button is held, press the button with the large red ‘X’ three times then press the button with the yellow, blue, and pink rim eight times.
  • Release the power button. A single sheet of paper should be fed through the printer.
  • Wait until the paper is completely through the printer before removing it.

  • Once the automated is complete, attempt to print again.
  • If the paper jam persists, the rollers must be manually cleaned.
  • Begin by turning off and unplugging the printer.

  • To access the rollers, remove all the paper in the feeding tray.
  • Lift the clear plastic flap on the top of the printer and look down the feeding section.

Step 4

  • Take a lightly dampened cotton swab and apply it to the grey segments of the rollers.
  • Rotate the rollers to completely clean the grey segments

Wait approximately 10 minutes for the rollers to dry completely.
