Step 1
Enter kDFU mode
- Launch Cydia and add repo: http://repo.tihmstar.net to enter KDFU mode (Please check the detailed tutorial). Only when your iDevice is in KDFU mode, you can downgrade to iOS 6.1.3. Please make sure your iDevice is in KDFU mode, then continue to downgrade.

Download custom firmware.

3uTools proflash
- Launch 3uTools and go to “Flash & JB” -> “Pro Flash”, click “Import Firmware” and select the firmware you have already downgraded.

- After you import the firmware, click “Flash” on the right bar.

- Now 3uTools will automatically flash your iDevice, please confirm the connection between your iDevice and pc.

This is a very poor guide, well below IfixIt standards. Perhaps experienced hackers might follow these steps
but if I was a hacker would I need this. Which Cydia,? Where to download? Download it onto the target device or a laptop connected to
the target device. C’mon guys this is seriously sloppy work.

firstly you need to know how to upgrade your device to 9.3.5 for iphone 4s only, you can follow apples’s guide. then you need to jailbreak it a quick google search will lead you to a fast guide on how to jailbreak it. then come back here to follow the instructions on how to to downgrade it to 6.1.3. just use google people <3

This guide is not intended towards the average person. If you are interested in completed what is done here, you should research more into this, using other sites. Once you can get the hang of it, im sure you’ll love it. (But to answer your question, The Cydia you want to use is the one downloaded on your phone after a jailbreak, and download the firmware onto your computer)
