Using the shovel, create an area along the perimeter of the empty section of the driveway to fit the wooden 2x4.
Place the 2x4 in this section.
Use the hammer to drive the stakes into the ground on the outside of the section and snuggly against the wood to hold in place.

Using the leveler, ensure that the top of the wood is approximately level with the remaining concrete from the driveway (optional).

Use the shovel to level the ground area where the concrete will be poured.

Pour the concrete mix into a wheelbarrow.
Using the water hose, wet the unmixed concrete as specified by the concrete mix instructions.
Use the hoe to mix the concrete until it is all wet.
