  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug your printer from the power source.

  • Open the front tray and check for jammed paper.
  • If you don’t see any jammed paper, skip to step 5.

Step 4

  • Pull the paper out slowly using both of your hands to avoid tearing.
  • If paper tears apart, do not force the paper out. You can remove any remaining paper by accessing the back panel.
  • If you were able to remove all of the jammed paper through the front, there’s no need to continue! Simply proceed using your printer as normal.

  • Lay the printer on its backside to expose the bottom panel.
  • Remove the two screws holding the transport unit cover in place with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Lift off the transport unit cover.
  • Be gentle while removing the cover. You don’t want to damage it.

  • Remove any remaining paper gently either using your fingers or a pair of tweezers.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

it still has the two lights blinking

directions did not help, the yellow and ogange till blinks

Papers stuck it won’t budge I’m underneath and it’s gripped it like a vice! Didn’t work where do we go from here this is horrible!
