  • Remove the two bottom 16 mm pan head screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Remove the two 12 mm button head screws on top using a 4 mm Allen wrench.

Step 3

  • Remove the plastic case from the base of the scooter.

  • Carefully pull the sides of the wheels up and remove them from the spring.

  • Grab the spring with combination pliers and bend it into a straight position.
  • Don’t bend the spring too much as it could snap and replacement would be needed.

  • Insert the spring into the center section of the wheels.
  • Slide the two rings on the sides of the wheels into the two rods.

  • Insert the plastic case back into its original position.

  • Insert and tighten the two 12 mm button head screws on top using a 4 mm Allen wrench.

  • Replace the two bottom 16 mm pan head screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
