This issue is caused when Internet Explorer has a damaged or corrupt file. To resolve this issue, follow the instructions below.

  • Delete your temporary Internet files.

  • How to clear Internet browser history.

  • Delete any Unknown or Damaged objects by clicking the Tools menu and selecting Internet Options.

  • On the General tab of Internet Options, click the Settings button.

  • Click the View Objects button and delete any objects with a status of Unknown or Damaged.
