This issue is caused when Internet Explorer has a damaged or corrupt file. To resolve this issue, follow the instructions below.

Delete any Unknown or Damaged objects by clicking the Tools menu and selecting Internet Options.
On the General tab of Internet Options, click the Settings button.
Click the View Objects button and delete any objects with a status of Unknown or Damaged.
