              How to fix laser in Bolt Cat Laser toy
  • Pry open case from bottom on one side. Once inside unit unscrew the laser circuit board. it has tiny guide pins where screw enters shaft be sure to set these when reassembling. Release the laser from press fit plastic by prying out. Laser circuit is siliconed into brass barrel. Pull out and inspect solder.

  • Mine had a fracture opposite wire side of resistor. connecting to through hole.

Look into bottom of unit and loosen tab, start to pry open from bottom to top on one side. Take time and go slow so not to break case. There is a plastic pin at top protruding from one case half. To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
