To resolve this issue, disable the “Screen Scan” feature by performing the steps below.
How to disable Screen Scan
- Open the Control Panel.
- Double-click the Display icon.
- In the Display window, open the “Screen” tab.
- Uncheck the check box for enabling Screen Scan. If you cannot locate this box, it is likely this is not the cause to your issue.
