              How to Hard Reset Nokia Lumia 720               

• 1. Switch off your phone.
• 2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and connect the charger
• 3. To start Factory reset press this sequence of keys:
• Volume Up
• Volume Down
• Power button
• Volume Down
• Device should now restart.

after step 2 do i wait for the phone to start or do step 3 straight away ? ive tried it about 20 times please help
