To view the calendar in Microsoft Windows, follow the steps mentioned below for the version of Windows you are using on your computer.
Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11
To show the Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11 calendar, click the date and time in the bottom-right corner of the Taskbar, as shown in the picture below.
In all versions of Windows, the Microsoft Windows calendar is only used to view days of the month and not to create appointments.

- Windows XP
Windows Vista and Windows 7
In Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 to view the calendar, left click the time in the bottom-left corner of the Taskbar.
Windows XP
Microsoft Windows XP users can view or adjust their calendar by right-clicking the time on the Taskbar and clicking Adjust Date/time options.
