Step 1

              Charge the device
  • Plug the device in a power outlet.
  • If the device does not charge right away, try keeping the volume down button for 10 seconds.
  • Charge the device to at least 10% (so it can turn on without the power cable)

Step 2

              Boot up the device
  • Unplug the device from power.
  • Press the volume down button for 10 seconds
  • Your device should now power up.

Press the volume down button for 10 seconds

Your device should now power up.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
