• Open the canister filter compartment. Push the clip upwards, and open the canister top away from you.
• Remove the yellow filter housing.

• Remove the blue sponge-filter from the yellow filter housing.
• The filter and housing must both be completely dry before reinstalling. Do not use your vacuum without filters installed.
• Clean the blue sponge-filter in cold water until the water runs clear.

Clean the blue sponge-filter in cold water until the water runs clear.

Once the filter is cleaned, set the blue filter sponge and the yellow filter housing aside for at least 24 hours to dry. Do not use your vacuum without a filter, or when the filter is still wet. To reassemble, follow the steps in reverse order.
