Just follow these instructions:
• Clean any surface off any oil with alcohol or acetone.
• Make sure the internal walls are completely dry.
How to apply epoxy paint to the mircrowave oven?
• Spray the epoxy in small intervals at a distance of 20 to 30 cm (8 to 12 inches).
• Let the paint dry for at least an hour before applying a second time.
What epoxy paint can used for microwaves ovens?
Finding paint for the interior of mircrowave ovens is not an easy task. The product must meet the following requirements:
• Paint is not water based
The water in the paint is unstable facing microwaves. Only paint free from water are perfect for this application.
• Paint can withstand high temperature
Paint used for appliances’ exterior are not suitable for this application, since the paint must withstand baking temperatures. Paint that are apply to ovens, grills, heaters, and chimneys are often used.
• Paint is food safe
Not every temperature resistance epoxy are food safe. Please consult with manufacturer’s manual for accurate information.
Which paint should I used for the interior of a microwave oven?

• Powder
Some paints are powder based for used in microwave ovens. The paint is apply on the rusted surface, and heat adheres causes the paint to adhere.

Some appliance stores and paint stores carry paints that are suitable for this application.

The solution is a paint that resists high temperatures and that at the same time is suitable for food use and free of toxins. Some brands such as Schori and TND sell special paints for the interior of the microwave.
