- Put the pieces of candle wax into a large bowl.
- Choose a heat resistant bowl large enough to sit on top of a cooking pot.

- Boil 350-400mL water in a medium pot.
- You may start by boiling the water on high heat, but be sure to turn it down to medium once it begins to boil.

- Place the bowl on top of the pot.

- Melt the wax over medium heat and stir frequently with a wooden spoon until all the candle wax completely melts.

- Place the wicks into glass jars, and secure the candle wicks by sticking the wick taps to bottom of the jars.
