  • Find the hole in the shirt. Spread out the shirt where hole is but don’t spread the hole.

  • After you have found the hole put your hand underneath. Get the needle and thread and from underneath the shirt, start putting the needle through the shirt.

  • When you have the needle through you will need to stitch the hole close from the inside by going in out of the fabric.

  • After the hole is closed by stitching it. You will need to go back over the top of the hole called the seem and sew that down flat.

  • After the seem is sewn down you do a topstitch which is just a tighter neater regular stitch. After you get the end you will need to to tie a knot and cut the thread.

  • Here what it is supposed to look like and it is best if you wash the shirt but it doesn’t not hurt if you don’t.
