I have the option of buying a replacement OEM LG V10

(1) LCD screen WITH DIGITIZER

Or

(2) LCD screen ASSEMBLY

for $6 more.

There is a video for (1). Is there a video for (2)?

My understanding is that a hot glue gun, very thin card for prying apart layers of glass, and 3mm double sided tape are required for (1), which makes what looks complicated in the video seem even more complicated.

The seller’s advice about (2) is, “With this new LCD SCREEN WITH FRAME for your LG V10, it is more convenient for you to repair.” Does this mean that the hot glue gun, thin card, and tape are not needed since (apparently) the replacement is all one piece, already assembled, entirely inside a frame?

I assume the video for (1) might sufficiently describe removal but won’t show exactly what to do with the entire assembly.
