- Wet the top of the cover with a damp microfiber cloth.

- Press the cover together with your fingers, allowing excess glue to be pushed to the top of the cover.

Great article on repairing the vinyl records cover. If the vinyl records are used and handled properly they can preferably resiliant to things that can occur in daily life. Great care should be taken to clean your records using, some liquid stylus cleaner, and making sure that your cartridge tracks properly and has the right settings. A good sturdy shelving unit and proper handling techniques are your best prevention.
