  • Plug in the soldering iron and let it reach optimum temperature.
  • The soldering iron is very hot. Please do not touch the the tip of the iron when it is plugged in or until the iron cools.
  • Make sure it is plugged into a 150W outlet (common household wall outlet). Check the device for damages and impurities on the tip such as plastic or grease. Please make sure the iron is not in any contact with potentially flammable items and clean the tip if the soldering iron has been heavily used.

  • Apply solder agent to iron until the tip of the iron is coated in the metallic agent. This agent needs to be heated to just under 400 Celsius. Use precaution not to drop hot soldering on you.

  • Touch the soldering iron to the connection and evenly apply a layer of solder to connect and create a good a connection between the wire and the device.

  • Finally wait until the solder cools before re-assembly. It should cool within seconds of application.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
