  • Place a small opening tool or plastic spudger under the corner of the key. Gently pry the key up and away from the computer.

  • Use your fingers to completely pull the key away from the board.
  • Once you have done this, you can use a brush to sweep away any debris that may have been underneath the keys or rinse the keys themselves to remove dirt.
