Introduction
If your laptop is experiencing troubles connecting to the internet, then there may be an issue with your laptop’s Wi-Fi card. The Wi-Fi card in a laptop is what allows it to connect to the internet wirelessly. Without it, the only way you would be able to access the internet would be through a wired connection.
What you need
Step 1
Battery
- Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
