The tablet will not and does not show any signs on powering on .
Ensure battery is charged. Connect the tablet to an AC adapter and charge the tablet for at least 12 hours. If the device only powers on when plugged in, consider replacing the AC adaptor. Ensure that the wall charging port works properly, if it does not the wall charger port is faulty and needs to be replaced
Press and hold both the volume up (+) button and power button simultaneously.
If the tablet only powers up when plugged in, then the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. Guide
Your device does not connect to wifi or display the wifi symbol.
Ensure that the wifi toggle is on in the settings, and then click on the wifi network that you would like to connect to. If the problem still persists, consider rebooting the device. If none of the solutions works, the wifi antenna/chip is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Ensure that the router associated with the network is plugged and power on. If the router is power on, consider unplug and replug the router. If this is the only network the device has a problem with, the router is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If your device does not charge or will not display the charging symbol while off.
Try to charge the device using a different charging cable. If it works it means your charging cable is defected and you need to replace your charging cable.
Ensure that the device is on latest software available.
Plug your device to an outlet and while charging, hold down the power button for more than 8 seconds, Ensure the tablet powers off and remains off. If the tablet does not charge when powered off, allow the tablet to remain powered on while charging.
You are having trouble listening to sounds on your tablet.
Use a tuner cleaner spray on the headphone jack plug and let any excess cleaner drip off. Plug the device in and out the jack multiple times and give it some twists while entering it. If the problem is dirt or grime causing the switch to stick, this could fix the problem, if not you might need to replace the headphone jack. Guide
Plug and unplug your headphones to see if it would produce sound without the headphones. If it produces sound without the headphones, try to use alternative headphones to see if the headphones might be the problem. If the headphones are the problem, replacing headphones might be required.
The devices do not respond to touch.
Ensure that the screen is clean without dust and oil stain. Use screen cleaner or wash with a microfiber cloth to clean the device’s screen.
If the screen is cracked, the component responsible for the touch screen might be damaged as well, the screen assembly needs to be replaced. Guide
The device has been running slower than usual.
Running too many apps at the same time required a lot of resources. Try close the apps that are not in use, or try to reboot the device.
If the device is running out of storage, try to uninstall apps that are not frequently used and move the photos and videos to external storage.
