The device will not charge.
Plug the device into a charger and wait for it to charge before using.
Plug the charger into a different outlet and wait for signs that the device is charging.

The device will not connect to Wi-Fi.
On the device go to the settings app and find the section on Wi-Fi, then make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
In the settings app go to Wi-Fi and choose a Wi-Fi network to connect to. If a password is needed enter the password when prompted.
Make sure to connect to the correct network and enter the password associated with that network.
The screen will not respond when pressing the power button.

The audio does not sound normal.
On the side of the device press the second button on the right side of the device to turn up the volume. Similarly press the first button on the right side of the device to turn up the volume.
Clean the speakers with a dust cloth to get rid of any dirt trapped inside.
Try using a different pair of headphones; the headphone’s wiring may be faulty.

The camera is unable to be used properly.
Make sure there is nothing covering the lens and retake the picture.
Try cleaning the camera lens and surface of the device to remove any dirt, and retake the picture.
Press the camera button with the arrows inside to flip the camera from front-facing to rear-facing or rear-facing to front-facing.
