- Open the the printer by lifting the top section. Make sure you’re lifting from the lowest portion of the scanner section.

- Locate 13mm TR10 Torx Security screw behind screen and remove using Torx screwdriver.

- Remove case covering by lifting it up to reveal the power cord.

- Locate power cord.
- Pull it out.

- Use a metal spudger around the edge to remove AC adapter cover.

- Pull the AC adaptor up and out of its casing

- Disconnect the wires from the AC adaptor.
- Replace AC Adapter box. Reverse order of instructions for reassembly.
