- Turn off the computer and disconnect the charging cable from the computer.
- Turn your laptop over and locate the hard drive module compartment.

- Use a screwdriver to loosen the two Phillips PM2.5x6.0 captive screws on the hard drive cover.
- Lift the left side of the hard drive cover and remove the cover.

Lift the left side of the hard drive cover and remove the cover.
Step 3
- Use a screwdriver to remove the three Phillips PM3.0x4.0 screws on the hard drive.

Step 4
- Disconnect the hard drive cable from the system board and gently remove the hard drive.

Step 5
- Remove the 4 screws from the hard drive bracket and separate it from the hard drive.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
