Scanning process seemed successfully completed. However, the scanned document is blank or distorted

The scanned file seems blurred. The glass plate could be damaged so that the light cannot perfectly pass through the glass to capture and support image. Replacing the glass plate could fix the problem. Check our guide for replacing the glass.

If the scanned file does not appear on your desktop, and installed drive does not work. It might be fixed by updating the device driver to the latest version. Check this link for update.

Printing process gets stuck or paper is unable to eject.

The paper might be jammed in the paper feed rollers so that printing process is stuck. When this occurs, the printer will not function properly until the paper has been manually removed. Make sure the paper is entering unevenly. If the printer is still stuck, open the front panel to clean the stuck paper parts.

Files cannot be printed due to no paper in the printing tray. Checking whether there is enough paper in the printing tray can fix the problem.

If the manual paper-feed roller malfunctions, the printer’s manual functions (fax, copy) will not work. Replacing the paper-feed roller could fix the problem. Check our guide for the replacement.

The printed file contains vertical stripes, and different from expectation.

Ink is used up. Replacing the ink cartridge could fix the problem. Check our guide for the replacement.

Check the ink to see whether it is empty. If it is not empty, then the print head has to be cleaned. Go to the menu on the printer and select clean print head would fix the problem.

The power button of the printer is not working or hard to press.

The power button is not working because the printer is not charging. Plug the power cord into the printer and the other end into the power source; try to press the power button again.

If plugging the power cord still won’t fix the problem, then the power cord is likely to be damaged. Getting a new charger on this link would fix the problem.
